Seven Logistic Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms govern your use of the SEVEN LOGISTIC LLC—including the SoftLog platform, APIs, AI features, AI Managed Services, implementation and support services, pre-release testing, evaluations, and our website (collectively, the Services). By accessing or using any Service, you accept these Terms.

Acceptance and Scope of Services

By accessing or using any services provided by SEVEN LOGISTIC LLC—including the SoftLog platform, APIs, AI-managed services, implementation/support, pre-release, trials, and our website—you agree to these Terms. These apply to all customers, users, evaluators, and visitors.

Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and as permitted by these Terms and applicable law. You must not misuse the Services (including scraping, spam, reverse engineering, unauthorized testing, or using children’s/payment card data). Protect your accounts and API keys, comply with all usage limits and versioning, and respect our intellectual property and branding guidelines.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Customer Data: You control the data you provide/generate; SEVEN LOGISTIC LLC acts as your processor.
  • Account Data: SEVEN LOGISTIC LLC is the data controller.
  • We process Customer Data to provide, secure, and monitor Services as per your instructions and legal requirements.
  • You may delete Customer Data during your term. After service termination and any defined retrieval periods, we will delete your data unless retention is required by law.

Fees, Billing, and Termination

Fees and payment terms are specified in your Order Form; taxes extra if applicable. Late payments incur interest.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless you provide written notice as per your Order Form. Access may be suspended/terminated for non-payment, breach, security risks, or unlawful use.
Upon switching/termination: Service continues for a 30-day transitional period, after which your account and exportable data (PDF, CSV) will be provided. Early termination fees may apply.

Platform Updates, APIs, and Availability

  • We strive to deliver reliable, skillful service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.
  • Features and API endpoints may change over time; you are responsible for adopting updated versions.
  • All use of APIs and website is subject to specific license restrictions, confidentiality, and compliance monitoring.

AI Features, Intellectual Property, and Confidentiality

  • You own your Customer Data and AI-generated outputs (AI Output); we assign any necessary rights to you.
  • SEVEN LOGISTIC LLC does not train its models on your Customer Data unless creating Customer-Specific Models, which are deleted 60 days after termination.
  • All feedback you provide may be used to improve our services.
  • All confidential information must be kept secure and only used as required to fulfill these Terms.

Legal, Indemnity, and Liability

  • Our liability is limited: We exclude indirect/incidental/consequential damages; for AI Managed Services, liability is capped at fees paid.
  • SEVEN LOGISTIC LLC will defend you against third-party IP claims regarding the SoftLog platform (excluding AI Output and your own content/combinations).
  • You must defend and indemnify us for misuse, illegal use, or violations of these Terms.
  • Services are provided “as is”; no legal advice is given; always review AI Output before relying on it.
