Seven Logistic Refund Policy

Introduction

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases and subscriptions made for the Seven Logistic platform and associated services (the “Services”). By accessing or purchasing Services from Seven Logistic, you accept this policy as part of your contractual relationship with SEVEN LOGISTIC LLC (“Seven Logistic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Please read this policy together with the Seven Logistic Terms & Conditions and Seven Logistic Privacy Policy.

General Principles

  • Payments and fees for Services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in this policy.
  • Subscription and implementation fees will be billed as set forth in your Order Form and governed by the Terms & Conditions.
  • Unless required by applicable law, refunds are issued only according to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Prepaid Subscriptions

  • Renewals: If you renew a subscription and contact us in writing within five (5) business days of the renewal date—without having accessed the renewed Services—we will refund the full renewal fee.
  • Initial Purchases: Subscription or service fees for initial purchases are non-refundable, except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Implementation & Professional Services

Fees for implementation, configuration, technical support, and professional services are non-refundable unless cancellation is requested within five (5) business days of payment and the service has not commenced.

Evaluations and Trials

Free evaluations and trial accounts can be suspended or terminated at any time. Payments for any optional add-ons during the trial period are not refundable.

Early Termination

If you terminate your contract before the end of your subscription term, the following applies:

  • Initial Term: 100% of remaining fees are due. No refunds for prepaid amounts.
  • Renewal Term: 50% of the remaining fees are due. No refunds for prepaid amounts.

Refunds are not issued for lack of use, dissatisfaction (unless due to verified service failure), or late cancellations.

Service Failures

If Seven Logistic fails to deliver Services with reasonable skill and care, and cannot resolve a material issue within thirty (30) days of your written notice, you may be entitled to a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees for undelivered Services from the time the issue was reported

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Seven Logistic Support at seven.logistic.sp@gmail.com or submit a request via your customer account.
  • Provide your account details, order reference, and clearly state your reason for requesting a refund.
  • Refund requests must be made within the specific timeframes described above.

We aim to respond to refund requests within seven (7) business days, but response time may be extended per our Privacy Policy in complex or high-volume situations.

Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Please allow up to fifteen (15) business days after approval for funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Early termination fees as described in your contract.
  • Services already delivered or performed.
  • Fees for trial add-ons or evaluation services.
  • Taxes, except when legally required to refund.

Fraud and Abuse

Seven Logistic reserves the right to deny refund requests deemed fraudulent, abusive, or made while you are in breach of the Seven Logistic Terms & Conditions.

Data and Account Retention

If your Service is terminated or refunded, your account and associated customer data will be managed per the Seven Logistic Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, including data retention and deletion timelines.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If there are significant changes, we will notify you by email or via in-product messaging.
