This Refund Policy applies to all purchases and subscriptions made for the Seven Logistic platform and associated services (the “Services”). By accessing or purchasing Services from Seven Logistic, you accept this policy as part of your contractual relationship with SEVEN LOGISTIC LLC (“Seven Logistic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Please read this policy together with the Seven Logistic Terms & Conditions and Seven Logistic Privacy Policy.
Prepaid Subscriptions
Implementation & Professional Services
Fees for implementation, configuration, technical support, and professional services are non-refundable unless cancellation is requested within five (5) business days of payment and the service has not commenced.
Evaluations and Trials
Free evaluations and trial accounts can be suspended or terminated at any time. Payments for any optional add-ons during the trial period are not refundable.
Early Termination
If you terminate your contract before the end of your subscription term, the following applies:
Refunds are not issued for lack of use, dissatisfaction (unless due to verified service failure), or late cancellations.
Service Failures
If Seven Logistic fails to deliver Services with reasonable skill and care, and cannot resolve a material issue within thirty (30) days of your written notice, you may be entitled to a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees for undelivered Services from the time the issue was reported
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
We aim to respond to refund requests within seven (7) business days, but response time may be extended per our Privacy Policy in complex or high-volume situations.
Seven Logistic reserves the right to deny refund requests deemed fraudulent, abusive, or made while you are in breach of the Seven Logistic Terms & Conditions.
If your Service is terminated or refunded, your account and associated customer data will be managed per the Seven Logistic Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, including data retention and deletion timelines.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If there are significant changes, we will notify you by email or via in-product messaging.
